Growing up in the family business, he developed a deep understanding of hard work and customer care. Now as co-owner, John focuses on improving operations and delivering outstanding results for every client.

 Nick Follmer brings expertise in mechanical engineering to Follmer Property Maintenance. A co-owner and key team member, Nick combines innovative solutions with a passion for quality service. Having grown up working in the family business, he is dedicated to helping clients achieve their outdoor goals with precision and care. 

 Patty Follmer has been a cornerstone of Follmer Property Maintenance, overseeing operations with precision and care. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensure the company’s daily activities run smoothly, helping to uphold the values that have made the business a trusted name in the community. 

 As Office Manager, Alex Follmer oversees daily operations and ensures seamless communication between clients and the team.
