Our Family Legacy
Follmer Property Maintenance is a family-owned and operated business that has grown from humble beginnings to become a trusted name in outdoor solutions. Founded in 1996 by John Follmer, a city police officer who started cutting grass as a part-time job, the company quickly expanded as John transitioned to full-time property maintenance after seven years on the force.
Over the years, John’s dedication to hard work and integrity became the foundation of the business, while his wife Patty and their five children contributed to its growth. Each child spent time working for the company during their high school and college years, making it a true family endeavor.
Today, John is joined by his sons, John Jr. and Nick, who bring valuable expertise from their engineering careers. Together, the three work as a team, refining services and continuing to grow the business.
